Strongest Point(s): This is certainly an exciting and well-formulated arrangement that is not only filled with great detail and refinement regarding its effective use of layering, but the track's varied instrumentation and the way in which their timbral variety helps provide some excellent contrast and definition between the song's various sections ensure the arrangement feels continually fresh throughout. Textural changes have always been a great way to provide a piece of writing with a feeling of contour and the way in which David fully utilizes the full breadth of the mix as well as the song's rich tonal qualities help to provide some brilliant moments throughout that not only helps to capture the imagination of the listener but keep them well and firmly hooked on each and every melody line and rhythmic hook. Whether it'd be the way subtle reverse guitar and moments of feedback are used to expand the sonic palette of the track or the intriguing way in which the harmony takes some interesting twists and turns, allowing for some particularly interesting vocal ground to be covered, "Recognition" is chock full of inspired ideas that will keep listeners busy.
