Tremendous one-drop groove, nice easy tempo. Fantastic chord progression, love the turnaround. Terrific horn arrangement, brass sounds awesome and compliments the top line. Excellent vocal performance and production, extremely passionate delivery with good clarity. Vocal sits front and center in the mix. Deeply introspective lyrics that explore uncomfortable themes of isolation and aging, should vibe well with older audiences.
