Necrovaye - Snowman
Pop, Holiday
Thailand

Overall Impression: Singer/songwriter Necrovaye delivers chill and introspective r&b, on his release of "Snowman". This track features a lo-fi aesthetic, with warm vinyl tones contrasted against icy beats as electric piano and nylon guitar form a soothing backdrop for understated, layered male vocals. Necrovaye's lyrics create an atmosphere of introversion and peaceful surrender, using the snowman metaphor to convey a sort of self-imposed isolation. These frosty themes and crisp sounds should resonate strongly with alternative r&b and pop fans this winter. Look for Necrovaye's "Snowman" available now as a single on all major music platforms.

Strongest Point(s): Excellent production, solid mix. Great lo-fi hip hop approach, it really serves the song well. Gorgeous beat design all around, creates a wintry atmosphere and mood. Nice chord progression and melodic content. Solid vocal performance and production, nice job of layering the harmonies. Vocals have a great ethereal quality top them that again suits the song. Powerful lyrical content, brilliant use of the snowman metaphor to articulate the comfort of solitude. Overall this is a fantastic bit of songwriting, and an incredible track that should appeal to alt pop and alternative r&b fans alike. Terrific work, from top to bottom!
