Strongest Point(s): Outstanding production, excellent mix. Great atmosphere and vibe. Mesmerizing groove and rhythmic patterns, nice variations throughout. Gorgeous tone and expert technique on the electric. The organ adds wonderful color and a warm texture. Nice bass line, great tone there as well. The subtle percussion adds a ton of character, especially when the tambourine enters. Love the slide guitar, really brings out the emotional content of the tune. Awesome vocal performance and production; stellar delivery along with a charming and expressive style, good clarity in the overall mix. The vocal harmonies on the final refrain were a nice touch. Lyrics are poetic and observant with some terrific individual lines sprinkled in, should resonate strongly with modern audiences. All in all, this is a fantastic track with an interesting sound and style that should appeal to a wide range of listeners, primarily in the folk and singer/songwriter categories. Brilliant work on this one, from top to bottom!
