Strongest Point(s): Solid production and mix. Nice intro, sets the stage nicely with the howling wind. Lovely chord progressions and harmonic structure. Nice instrumentation, excellent use of bells and chimes to achieve the holiday atmosphere. The sax does a great job of complementing the vocal. Incredible vocal performance, she really has a commanding presence and range. Great phrasing and dynamics as well. Lyrics are poetic and eloquent, and do a fantastic job of painting a romantic winter scene. Overall this is a tremendous song and a terrific track that hits listeners with a wave of nostalgia and wistful winter themes, creating the perfect holiday mood. Brilliant work, by everyone involved!
