Old Skool QueenE - God's Angels
Pop, Hip Hop, R&B
Washington, United States

Overall Impression: Filled to the brim with a great sense of passion and spirit, "God's Angels" is a tremendously uplifting gospel track in which its arrangement opts for an interestingly stripped-back approach, instead, placing an emphasized focus on the relationship between the vocal performances and the lyrics they are lovingly expressing. Old Skool QueenE sings with the utmost conviction and purpose, displaying an abundance of heart and faith that warms the soul and fills one with a sense of peace and tranquility.

Strongest Point(s): The vocal performances are both accomplished and brilliantly assured. There is an abundance of variation in the vocal performances that help create a solid level of engagement with the listener and I particularly like how the lead and backing parts interact with one another, creating a feeling of dynamism in both the equally well-written lyrics and performances themselves. Speaking of lyrics, there is a wonderful feeling of both positivity and heartfelt sentiment woven into them that feels wholly authentic and tremendously feel-good in nature. There is a lot of love in "God's Angels" and it makes for a soothing listening experience.

Target Audience Appeal: Lovers of the gospel and Christian-based music genres will certainly appreciate what "God's Angels" has to offer.

Artist target suggestions: Marvin Sapp, Amy Grant, Yolanda Adams, Bebe Winans, Sandi Patty, The Clark Sisters, Kierra Shard, Tamela Mann, Maurette Brown Clark, The Clark Sisters
