Paradise Motel - High Water
Country, Country Rock, Western
Alberta, Canada

Overall Impression: "WOO!" is the first lyric and a strong representation of the ensuing rush of Paradise Motel's High Water! Classic Country Rock instrumentations keep the groove moving, granting plenty of space for bold and bright lead vocals to regale listeners with well-built lyrics on the themes of travel and determination, filling High Water with the sort of imagery that has permeated the ethos of Country and Folk music since inception!

Strongest Point(s): All things considered, this entire track is strength! From the very first moments to the very last, each element feels intentional and enjoyable. Great instrumental work, love the driving rock piano and the classic guitar tonalities. Stellar lead vocals - nice and clear without being so pristine as to escape the genre. Excellent vocal harmonies, and well-crafted transitions between the song's sections. The resultant track feels like an absolute party. Seriously well done!

Target Audience Appeal: Listeners with an ear for Country and a heart for Rock will find themselves fully at home inside the sound that Paradise Motel is crafting - with more than enough grit and twang in High Water to satisfy fans from either genre! Combined with traditionally engaging lyrics and a strong, clear lead voice - Paradise Motel's High Water is bound to get feet to tappin' and heads to rockin'!

Artist target suggestions: Brooks & Dunn, Travis Tritt, Garth Brooks, Alabama, Randy Travis, George Strait, Keith Urban, Toby Keith, Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney
