Ladi - I Can See You Loving Me
Christian, R&B
Pennsylvania, U.S.

Overall Impression: Christian r&b artist Ladi demonstrates his faith and devotion, on his release of "I Can See You Loving Me". This track features a clean, uncomplicated beat design featuring crisp, hip hop-style drums with a sparse bass line behind a vibrant vocal arrangement. Meticulously layered voices deliver lyrics that explore spiritual themes of divine love and guidance, as well as expressing deep gratitude and reliance. Contemporary gospel fans will revel in the compassionate soul and heavenly spirit of Ladi's "I Can See You Loving Me".

Strongest Point(s): Solid production and overall mix. Nice clean beat design, the minimalist structure works well here because of the busy vocal arrangement. Drums sound tight and punch through the mix. The bass is subtle, but provides interesting harmonic motion. Vocals sound amazing, nice use of pitch correction and vocal stacking too achieve a nice ensemble sound. The lyrics are incredibly devout, and convey a deep spiritual love and comprehensive devotion to God. The phrasing flows together well. All in all, this is a very uplifting rhythm and praise (r&p) track that could serve as a daily meditation of gratitude and total surrender to God. Great work, all around!
