Overall Impression: Tipsy, impulsive, and out of control, Drunk Texting is the perfect accompaniment to questionable decisions and wild nights with the bottle. This energetic new release marks the debut of Pop artist Exzenya. Its beat is caffeinated, the vocals are completely unhinged, and the lyrics are far too relatable. Removing all accountability, the song blames the phone for all of those silly texts it sent you while swimming in the sauce. It spirals downward into a fever dream of Pop mania and never lets off of the accelerator. While this may sound overwhelming, Drunk Texting never stops being fun or exciting. It is a bold and fiery first single by Exzeyna that will have fans ready to hit the repeat button.
Strongest Point(s): This track manages to sound like the madness portrayed in the lyrics. It is off the wall and terribly exciting. There is not a single moment of rest or any dull edges. Once it starts, you better be ready to experience the wildest ride you've had all year.
