Overall Impression: The first thought that whisked across my mind whilst indulging in The Gumbys' highly energizing rocker "Third Time's a Charm" is why oh why does summer have to end? Because if there's one specific vibe I'm getting off this rip-rollicking of a track it's that this would undoubtedly go down an absolute storm for summer festival goers, it simply has that charm and energy to it that's both highly infectious and undeniably welcome. Fusing superb performances with excellent writing, "Third Time's a Charm" is a well-rounded and lovingly crafted piece of easy-going rock songwriting that can appeal to a broad range of music lovers due to its delightful swagger and incredibly fun sense of character.

Strongest Point(s): The clear sense of care that's gone into the arrangement and how the track flows can be strongly felt throughout, from the subtle rhythmic cues that help prep listeners for an upcoming transition to the way both specific rhythmic variations and textural changes are used to help create a stronger feeling of distinction between various key moments within the arrangement, "Third Time's a Charm" manages to retain its smooth flow effortlessly. Whilst the track has that stylistically fitting sense of momentum keeping its energy levels high, courtesy of the bounce-infused rhythms and animated performances, the track certainly doesn't skimp on melody, and whether it'd be the marvelous harmonized lead guitar lines or incredibly catchy vocal hooks that weave their way throughout, there's plenty of intriguing sparks of creativity to keep listeners enthralled from start to finish.

Target Audience Appeal: I can certainly see this greatly appealing to rock lovers and I'm sure fans of the style will have a great time with "Third Time's a Charm"
