Wave Vendors - Washed Ashore
Rock, Instrumental, Electronic
Texas, United States

Overall Impression: Wave Vendors have released the new instrumental track Washed Ashore. Guitarists, look up from the fretboard and turn your attention to Washed Ashore, this track is for you. Opening with a laidback Reggae groove, Washed Ashore sets an an island mood perfect for a jaunt down the beach. The rhythm guitar makes fine use of a Wah pedal to bring the groove to life, but it is in the moments when the bass and guitar interlock where the real magic happens. As the lead guitar begins soloing, listeners are reminded that killer tone can find its place in any environment. Overall, Washed Ashore by Wave Vendors is a colorful and cool instrumental track that exemplifies the meaning of chill.

Strongest Point(s): The guitar work in Washed Ashore is great. There is plenty of creativity, groove, and killer tone.

Target Audience Appeal: Fans of Instrumental Rock and Reggae will dig Washed Ashore by Wave Vendors.

Artist target suggestions: John Frusciante, Frank Zappa, Andy Mckee, Michael Hedges, Jimi Hendrix, D.J. Sparr, Tosin Abasi, Porcupine Tree, King Crimson, Bob Marley, Rush
