Keith Williams serves up a delightfully cheerful Christmas tune that you can't help but smile too. Containing all the elements you would hope for in a Christmas number such as a spirited sense of energy, wonderfully animated performances, and oodles of charm, to name but a few, "Tonite is Christmas" perfectly embodies the season of joy down to a tee.
Strongest Point(s): Any great Christmas tune needs a charismatic and endearing vocal performance at its heart and Keith brings a tremendous amount of positive energy to the track that audiences will easily find themselves connecting with. Not only does Keith have a warm and welcoming presence to his vocals, but has a naturally charming aura that heightens the impact of the song's cheery nature profusely. Lyrically, all the staples you would hope for and expect in a Christmas tune are here and wonderfully expressed and capture the spirit of the time marvelously. There's also plenty of musical variation on offer throughout the dazzlingly detailed arrangement, from the jazzy guitar interludes to the bluesy harmonic color that the organ brings to the table, the breadth of musical ideas on display is exceptional, and when paired with the diverse instrumentation and superb performances, the end result is a whimsical and highly engaging track from start to finish.
