ALICIA - Colors
R&B, Soul, Pop, Indie
Illinois, United States

Overall Impression: Illinois-based artist ALICIA has released her new track Colors. Opening with a laid-back acoustic guitar, Colors has a welcoming sound with an infectious melody. The song grooves with a moderate tempo and instantly draws listeners in. ALICIA has a soulful voice with a strong pop sound. Her singing soars brightly above the band with an ear-catching tone, and ardently expresses the song's message. Colors is the story of finding identity and learning to love yourself in the process. With a hopeful tone, the song's message is simple: Be yourself, and don't stop dreaming. With sweet vocals and an optimistic message, Colors by ALICIA serves as an anthem for young women on a search to find themselves

Strongest Point(s): The vocals combined with the message create a fantastically optimistic listening experience. I would be remiss to not mention the finger snaps present throughout the tune. They add a lot and prove how much power is in simplicity.

Target Audience Appeal: Fans of pop music, and anyone who needs a pick-me-up will enjoy Colors by ALICIA.

Artist target suggestions: Ariana Grande, Alicia Keys, Sara Barreilles, Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Tori Kelly, JoJo, H.E.R., John Legend, Chloe x Halle
