Overall Impression: With ChloA's astonishingly mature, emotive soulful voice, is a future vocal pop/R &B sensation. Upon listening to YOU, it's hard to believe that ChloA is only seventeen years old. Not only does her voice have depth and the sound of someone fifteen years her senior, as a songwriter, ChloA's lyrics seem to have been written by someone with far more life experience than her given age. Anyone who loves great R & B pop and vocals, will love YOU.
Strongest Point(s): ChloA's pipes! Her voice is really impressive, as well as her songwriting skills. The instrumental performances, especially the guitar (with its Santana flavor), are also really good. But what really stands out to me -- besides her voice -- is the quality of the production and recording of this song. It's clean, polished, and ready to go out into the world as a single. The melody, tempo and arrangement are great, and the composition and audio mix as well. I can't think of any areas of improvement here. I would suggest to keep this song exactly as it is, and focus on the marketing or direction ChloA wants to take.
Target Audience Appeal: YOU will appeal to a wide audience of all ages. People who love contemporary adult (a huge market), R & B, pop, Latin pop will love this song and this artist. It's a ready-made single that has FM pop radio potential. I'm curious to know how the artist came up with such mature lyrics for her age, so I highly suggest reaching out to publications for interviews - there will be an interest! This song will also appeal to audiences who love great vocalists in music or vocal talent search shows.
