What does this have to do with JANGO? I think Gari is right. The FAN clarification/bug issue being swept under the rug?

Voices of dissent it is time to REITERATE your thoughts and concerns about this issue, which HAS NOT been addressed as promised!!

This is becoming like a bad relationship where promises are made, there's a kiss and make up, then the promise is broken again. YIKES!!

Just want the real story on what has been done to elimnate NON FANS from the NEW FAN POOL and the EXACT CRITERIA used to designate someone as a fan. That way I as a CUSTOMER of JANGO can make an informed judgemnet as to whether a continued $$$ investment in JANGO AIRPLAY's is in my best interest. That's all!!

Jango Please Do Not Brush this under the rug, it may seem OK today but it will come back to bite you in the long run. Keeping the information flowing and visibility is the key!!

LOOK What is happening to PREZ O'BAma, the Great Health Reform Movement and the Democrats. They decided to NOT LISTEN to the people, go behind closed doors, work in secret AND they are starting to pay the price.

Thank You for listening!! Now how about responding!!!

JUSTIFICATION FOR MY PREVIOUS POST: Communication with JANGO Team :

I just went to one of the ARTIST OF THE WEEK profiles and did a little test. I logged in as user, when their song came up I selected FROWN FACE - NEVER PLAY THIS SONG AGAIN (as a test, not a knock on their music)... Guess What? YOU GOT IT, Went to their Artist Profile and I SUPPOSEDLY AM NOW A FAN...I believe I was designated a FAN for simply going to their profile. It appears that simply visiting an Artist Profile is desiganting one as a FAN regardless of what other action or NON Action one takes. Wouldn't you agree is not a good thing and certainly in no way an indication one is a fan?

And after all the positive BLOG Comments I added regarding your addressing the issue this is a rather disappointing discovery.. Could you Please provide an update ASAP on what is being done,

I will not post this on the blog until you have a chance to respond to my renewed concerns here.

Anxious to allocate with confidence again...Rick

So...in light of the current "issues", I chose not to allocate plays this week, although I am in general rotation. As of yesterday, I had 8 organic plays and 1 "Like". Interestingly, this morning (before 9:43 am) I've had 0 organic plays & 0 paid plays, yet I've managed to gain 2 "LIKES" AND 1 "FAN"!

Very, very disappointing Jango..

I have spent a lot of money here and I won't be spending another cent until all the problems are fixed. I have also begun to tell my fellow musicians to AVOID Jango.

Please, at least tell us what is being done and when we can expect an improvement in your service. Otherwise, we musicians will definitely SPREAD THE WORD

Um ... there is a blog archive just to the right on every blog. It contains links to all the blogs ... including the aforementioned blog.

It will still be there when the day is done. It won't disappear.

I know that still doesn't address some of the issues mentioned ... which I agree with ... but I thought I'd make note of it so folks would know where they can always find it.

It is really super to get our music out there, and have a big distribution network for the songs, like Jango, Itunes etc.

E-mailing fans individualy takes a lot of time. It would be nice to be able to E-mail them in a batch or something
