How Do I Cancel My Monthly Package?
When you purchase a play credits package, this becomes an automatic monthly renewal with some great benefits if you choose to remain on it, but you can of course cancel this auto-renewal at any time, even just after an initial purchase:
1. Go to your Play Credits menu, Manage Package page.
From the Manage Package page, you will see a cancel option underneath the package grid where it says Need to cancel your package for now? No problem. Click here
Choose Click Here and you will see a message letting you know that you will loose premium account benefits, and your account will revert to only receiving features that a "free account" includes. To continue with the cancellation, click on the "Cancel Package" button.
After that you will see another Pop Up where you will see the details of what you will no longer be eligible for after canceling the package. Click YES to continue. Once your package is cancelled, you will of course still keep your Radio Airplay account and Jango.com profile page and any existing play credits.
As a reminder you can always go to Your Account page located under the Home menu to check your package level or any rebilling dates.
