Hello Jango,

I've noticed that the Fan list has fewer names on it than the Fans that are identified in the Listener read-out. Eg, a fan will be identified in the flow of listeners, but that person won't show up in either an e-mail notification, or in the official Fan list. How is it that some people in the Listener read-out are not getting added to the official Fan list?

Thank you.

Jacqui, those are just people who heard the song playing. Most of them don't become your fan. Some may even 'like' your song but not choose to become a fan.

Hello Anon,

I fully understand that the listener read-out is not the same thing as a fan list. What is happening in my case is that a name is highlighted in green and the copy says, "XYZ has become your fan." However, I still don't get an email notification and they are not added to my overall fan total. Does simply "liking" a song make the system default to thinking they are a fan?

It's very confusing. Appreciate more help, please!

Thanks,
Jacqui
P.S. And thanks for the info on pacing.
