Hello everyone, Jango Juggler here.

The above comment was deleted because it was copy/pasted into about 4 blog posts and was not related to the topic of the post.

Please do keep comments related to the topic of the actual post.

Also, if you have a feature suggestion please e.mail it to airplay@jango.com. We keep track of feature suggestions there and it helps us decide on upcoming feature additions

Thanks again all for all the blog activity

Regarding AVG JOE's deleted comment:

About 4 blog posts? Not related to the topic of ANY of those blog posts?

I can't find it anywhere. Was it deleted entirely? If so, please publish it somewhere or explain why you have censored it.

Can we expect other comments to be deleted under this flimsy pretext?

These pages have become the de facto message board/forum for Jango Airplay artists to ask questions, share knowledge & experience, and bitch & moan with each other. AVG JOE has long been an active -- and useful -- poster who comes through with answers, relevant observations, and constructive criticism more often than not. His comments have helped me, helped other Airplay artists, and helped Jango.

He deserves better. Please respond.

Hi Jeremy (GOVTMUSIC)

It was actually 5 posts in the end of the same message (spam), and I can assure you that it was not relevant to any of the topics at hand, therefore deleted.

Also, as you are well aware we really don't moderate comments on the blog and do let this be quite an open forum. It is great feedback for us, agreed.

JJ...

It's very gratifying to find Jango involved, their voice heard, in these pages. That said, your reply doesn't really answer my question, it begs more: was the deleted message spam ("noun, unsolicited messages, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups")? Did AVG JOE write it and intend for it to be seen here? Why did you delete it (keeping in mind that the "topic at hand" in these pages has been anything vaguely connected to Jango Airplay)? Was it offensive? Obscene? Libelous/slanderous?

If it was just really, really stupid, you'll have to go back and cull the lion's share of all comments posted here (including some by me and, let's be fair, some by JJ too).

The new features and attention you've been heaping upon us are most welcome. We will of course take it for granted in short order, but for time being: I would greatly appreciate clarification about this matter. Thanks for your time and attention.
